Reading’s BU14-1 soccer team won the Middlesex League Commissioner’s Cup this past weekend. Reading secured a berth in the end-of-the-year tournament based on their regular season record of 7-1-2. In the semi-finals on Saturday, Reading beat the Everett 14-1 team by a score of 5-0 to gain a berth in the finals. In the finals on Sunday, Reading beat previously undefeated Tewksbury's 14-1 team by a score of 2-1. Scoring for Reading in the two games included Paul (3), Jackson (2) and Danny (2).
