Director of Coaching Rich "Frenchy" Daestrela

Having earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Sports Medicine from Salem State University and a Business Associates degree from Old Dominion University, Frenchy is proficient in English, French, Portuguese, Spanish and limited Italian.

He holds a B license from the United States Soccer Federation, a National Coaching Diploma from the National Soccer Coaching Association of America including Special Topics Diploma, and a Youth Coerver Diplom.  In addition to a Director of Coaching Diploma with NSCAA, Frenchy has worked with the Mass Olympic development program for 6 years, club teams, and the Massachusetts State select men’s team.  He has completed an athletic training and preventive sports injury internship at Harvard University.   





Andrey Asparouhov

After a successful career as a professional soccer player with more than 270 games for Bulgarian first and second division clubs, Olympic and other national formations, Andrey decided to stay in the game becoming a coach. For many years he's been working with professional clubs as well as with all ages boys and girls teams.

Andrey holds the UEFA International License B along with a Masters in Physical Education - Soccer Coach & Teacher of Physical Education from the National Sports Academy in Sofia, Bulgaria. Recently, Andrey has been Academy Director and Director of curriculum at PTUSA (Paul Turner’s Ultimate Soccer Academy) and Head Coach for U11 and U13 boy’s teams at Crusaders United Soccer Club – both MAPLE teams.  
He was in charge of designing all training programs for PTUSA – one of the largest soccer academies in Southeast Massachusetts.  Andrey's playing and coaching experience, his education and love for the game, continue to inspire him to study the latest technical and tactical innovations to expand his further knowledge.

 



Tony Osoy

Tony is a certified soccer coach whose career includes coaching for Valeo Soccer Club, Somerville High Girls Soccer, and a number of intramural soccer tournaments and clinics throughout the Boston area. He also trained at Gillette stadium with Gines Melendez, Spain national team asst. coach, Director of Spain professional school of coaching, and also Director of select national teams in Spain. In addition to his coaching career, Tony also has an expansive playing career, which includes playing professionally for Copa Tecate, CD Fas (El Salvador), the Salvadorian National Team 1and first division professional team Comunicaciones (Guatemala).
